Please note that the phone line can only accept one call at a time, meaning that a ‘user busy’ message can appear, especially at peak times.

If this occurs, we kindly ask that customers please wait before trying to call back, instead of calling back immediately. This will free up the line, as multiple customers calling back immediately can overwhelm the line and cause it to fail completely for a short period.

If paying by card, please order online where possible, as this is the quickest way to order.

Please note that there is a £2.50 delivery charge for all delivery orders.

We only serve the following postcodes (maximum distance of 5 miles) for delivery orders:

• PE1

• PE4

• PE6 (excluding Glinton and Peakirk)

We are unable to deliver to any postcode not listed above, although customers who live outside of the above postcodes are welcome to place an order for collection.

We accept most types of credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express*, Contactless**, Apple Pay and Google Pay).

For delivery orders made over the phone, card payments are to be made over the phone at the time of ordering. Please have all relevant card information ready before ordering.

Cash is accepted for all walk-in orders and orders made over the phone for collection or delivery.

*American Express can only be accepted for online orders, not for orders placed over the phone or in-person.

**Contactless limit is £100, excluding Apple and Google Pay, which are both limitless.
